No automatic reply on Messenger after 24 hours
Why it happens
The customer’s last message is more than 24 hours old. After that Meta allows only replies written by a person, sent with the Human Agent tag, which automatic replies may not use.
What to do
Have a member answer from the ticket within 7 days of the customer’s last message, or wait until the customer writes again.
