Encrypted X Chat conversations cannot be read or answered by Rabt’s server
Why it happens
X Chat messages are end-to-end encrypted, and X forbids handing the encryption keys or PIN to any server. So Rabt keeps them encrypted as received, and neither its server nor automatic replies can read them or write a text reply into them.
What to do
Reply from an app that decrypts on your device (the X app, or an encrypted message prepared in the browser through Rabt’s API), or ask the customer to write a regular direct message.
