The invoice for month does not match the wallet transactions
Why it happens
The invoice lines add up to SAR invoiceTotal, but the wallet's seat and usage debits for the same period add up to SAR ledgerTotal. The invoice is not finalized until the two match, and the Rabt team has been alerted to investigate.
What to do
No action is needed from you. The invoice is finalized once the Rabt team corrects the difference. For questions, send these details to Rabt support with the reference number.
