service usage could not be charged, so service is being stopped
Why it happens
service charged Rabt for usage that already happened (such as an event it sent to Rabt), worth SAR required, but the wallet has only SAR available available. Rabt is prepaid, so service is being stopped at its source for this organization until the wallet is topped up; received messages are still stored.
What to do
Top up the wallet, or ask a member with the billing.manage permission to do it. service resumes automatically after the top-up.
