The action cost more than was set aside, and the wallet cannot pay the difference
Why it happens
Before the action ran, Rabt set its expected cost aside in the wallet, but the provider reported more usage than expected. The difference of SAR required is more than the SAR available available in the wallet. The action already happened, so its charge stays pending and is tried again, and paid services stop until the wallet is topped up.
What to do
Top up the wallet with at least the missing amount, or ask a member with the billing.manage permission to do it. The difference is charged after the top-up, and stopped services resume automatically.
