Why it happens
Rabt accepts Visa, Mastercard and mada cards only, and the bank or the payment provider (Tap) did not allow this card for this kind of payment. Nothing was taken from the card and the wallet did not change.
What to do
Use another Visa, Mastercard or mada card.
