The organization has no saved card
Why it happens
This action needs a saved card (a top-up with the saved card, or auto top-up), and the organization has not saved one yet. A card is saved by the first top-up made by entering the card with the option to save it.
What to do
Top up once by entering the card with the option to save it, then try again.
