A file received on WhatsApp could not be downloaded
Why it happens
A file the customer sent on WhatsApp could not be downloaded: the link may have expired, the host was not allowed, or the file did not match its checksum.
What to do
Choose “Download the file again” on the message; Meta keeps received files for 30 days. If the file stays unavailable, ask the customer to send it again.
