Why it happens
A notification from WhatsApp arrived for the phone number ID phoneNumberId, and no organization has connected this number in Rabt. It was recorded for the Rabt team.
What to do
If the number belongs to your organization, connect it from the channel settings in Rabt. Otherwise, nothing to do.
