Meta refused the message because of a payment method problem
Why it happens
Meta could not charge the message to the credit line attached to the WhatsApp Business Account. Rabt pays Meta for WhatsApp messages, so there is nothing for you to pay at Meta. Meta’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
The Rabt team has been alerted to resolve the payment problem with Meta. Send the message again once it is resolved, and send these details to Rabt support if it persists.
