The WhatsApp message could not be delivered to the customer
Why it happens
WhatsApp could not deliver the message: the customer’s number may not be on WhatsApp, they may use an old version of the app, or they have not accepted WhatsApp’s current terms. Meta’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Check the customer’s number, ask them to update WhatsApp if you can, or reach them through another channel.
