Why it happens
Rabt was not granted whatsapp_business_messaging or whatsapp_business_management for this WhatsApp Business Account, or the permission was removed after connecting, so Meta refused the request. Meta’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Open the WhatsApp channel settings in Rabt and choose “Reconnect”, then approve every permission Meta asks for without unticking any.
