TikTok sent a signed notification of a kind Rabt does not handle yet, such as a mention of the account in a comment on another creator’s video. It was stored as received and is not lost; it has made no ticket yet.
What to do
Nothing for the organization to do: the Rabt team has been alerted, and the stored notification is processed again once this kind is supported. To answer now, open the mention in the TikTok app.
