TikTok reported a business message before Rabt recorded sending it
Why it happens
TikTok reported a message sent by the business account while Rabt was sending a reply in the same conversation, so it is not yet known whether it is that reply. Rabt processes the notification again in a moment so the message never shows twice.
What to do
Nothing to do: the message shows in the ticket in a moment.
