A file download from outside TikTok’s servers was refused (host)
Why it happens
TikTok pointed to a file on an address that is not one of TikTok’s known file servers, so Rabt did not download it, to protect the system. The message stays in the ticket without the file.
What to do
Open the conversation in TikTok to see the file. If it keeps happening, send the reference to the Rabt team.
