TikTok refused the message under its direct message rules: the user may have limited who can message them, blocked the account, or the conversation does not accept business messages now. TikTok’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
This message cannot be sent from Rabt. Wait until the user writes again, or reach them on another channel from the contact’s profile.
