This connection cannot read every organization’s data
Why it happens
The single-organization restore runs as the role role, which is subject to row-level security and would not see all of the organization’s rows. Nothing was changed.
What to do
Run the command with the database owner’s URL (the user that applies migrations) for both the restored and the running database.
