The browser did not allow copying
Why it happens
Rabt asked the browser to copy the text to the clipboard and the browser refused. Some browsers block copying when the page is not in front, or when privacy settings or a device policy forbid it.
What to do
Select the text yourself and copy it, or click on the page and try again.
