Rabt is slow to acknowledge service notifications
Why it happens
The 99th percentile time to acknowledge service notifications over the last minutes is p99Milliseconds ms, above the alert threshold of thresholdMilliseconds ms. Past the provider’s own limit, it may resend or drop the subscription.
What to do
Check the load of the webhook intake servers and their database pool, and add an instance if needed. The measurements are on the monitoring dashboard.
