Sending to numbers in country is not allowed
Why it happens
This organization sends SMS only to the countries on its allowed destinations list, and country is not on it. The list protects against SMS abuse (fraudulent messages to costly international numbers).
What to do
If sending to this country is intended, an administrator adds it to the allowed destinations in the SMS settings.
