The sender name is not in a valid format
Why it happens
A sender name has 3 to 11 English letters or digits (spaces, dots, hyphens, _ and & allowed) and is not only digits. A promotional sender name ends in -AD; other sender names do not.
What to do
Correct the sender name to follow these rules, then send the request again.
