Why it happens
The Rabt team suspended sending under name after spam complaints were logged against it (from the regulator, an operator or a recipient). No message is sent under this name until the suspension is lifted. The reason is on the sender names page.
What to do
Read the reason on the sender names page and contact Rabt support to resolve the complaints and have the suspension lifted.
