The operator did not confirm the message
Why it happens
Rabt sent the message to the mobile operator, but the answer did not arrive in time or the connection dropped before it did, so the operator may have accepted it. Rabt did not send it again, so the recipient does not get it twice, and charged the parts that may have gone out.
What to do
Check with the customer whether it arrived before sending it again. If the operator’s answer and then a delivery report arrive later, its status updates by itself.
