The mobile operator refused the SMS gateway’s connection
Why it happens
The mobile operator did not accept the connection details of Rabt’s SMS gateway (system id, password or bind state). Rabt sends through another operator when one is available; other messages stay queued.
What to do
This is a problem on Rabt’s side, not yours, and the Rabt team has been alerted. Messages are sent automatically once the connection is back.
