Why it happens
The phone push service (Apple or Google) refused the sending key Rabt uses: it may have been revoked or expired, or it does not belong to this app or this environment. So call alerts do not reach phones. The service’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
This is a problem on Rabt’s side, not yours, and the Rabt team has been alerted to renew the key. Keep the app open to receive calls until it is fixed.
