Why it happens
The phone push service (Apple or Google) refused an alert Rabt sent because of Rabt’s own settings (the app topic, the request headers or the alert’s size), so it did not reach this phone. The service’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
This is a problem on Rabt’s side, not yours. Keep the app open to receive calls until it is fixed, and send these details to Rabt support.
