The Shopify store is frozen, locked or closed
Why it happens
Shopify answered that the store is not working now: frozen because its Shopify plan is unpaid, locked by Shopify, or closed. Customers and orders cannot be read until the store works again. Shopify’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Open the store’s Shopify admin and check its status and plan. When the store works again, choose “Sync now” in Integrations.
