Shopify refused to let Rabt read customers or orders
Why it happens
Shopify did not let Rabt’s app read customers or orders in this store: either Shopify has not yet approved the app’s access to protected customer data (name, email and phone), or the store owner did not grant reading customers or orders. Shopify’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
If you own the store, choose “Reconnect” in Integrations and approve every permission asked for. If it happens again, contact Rabt support: access to protected customer data is requested from Shopify in Rabt’s app dashboard.
