Zid refused Rabt’s app credentials
Why it happens
Zid refused Rabt’s app id or secret when asked for access, so Zid stores cannot be connected and their access cannot be renewed now. This is a setting on the Rabt team’s side, not in your store.
What to do
Nothing to do on your side: the Rabt team has been alerted to correct the app’s credentials. Try again later, and send the reference if you need a follow-up.
