A platform notification could not be read
Why it happens
A signed notification from the platform arrived and was stored as it came, but its content does not match the platform’s documented shape. Nothing was applied from it; the same data arrives with the periodic sync.
What to do
Nothing to do: the periodic sync reads the orders and customers from the platform. The Rabt team has been alerted to review the stored notification.
