Meta did not confirm the Instagram message
Why it happens
The request reached Meta but its answer did not come in time, so it is not known whether the message arrived. Rabt does not send it again by itself so it never arrives twice; if it did arrive, Meta confirms it with its copy of the sent message and it turns “sent”.
What to do
Wait a few minutes: if the message stays failed it did not arrive, and you can send it again from the ticket.
