The Instagram reply window has closed (7 days)
Why it happens
The customer’s last message is more than 7 days old. Meta allows no reply from the account after that, not even with the Human Agent tag.
What to do
Wait until the customer writes to the account again, which opens the window again, or reach them on another channel.
