The AI agent does not replace a reply a person wrote
Why it happens
Each review has one public reply, and the published one was written by a member of your team or in Play Console. The AI agent’s reply never replaces a reply a person wrote.
What to do
Nothing to do. To change the reply, a member sends a new one from the ticket.
