The Google Play channel “name” is not working (status)
Why it happens
Reviews are read and replies published only on an active Google Play channel, and this one is disconnected or needs a reconnection after Google refused its key or its permissions.
What to do
Open the Google Play settings in Rabt: choose “Check again” after fixing the permissions or “Reconnect” with a new key, or connect the service account again if the channel was disconnected, then try again.
