The review or location no longer exists on Google
Why it happens
Google answered that the review, its reply or the location does not exist: the customer may have deleted the review, or the location was removed from Google Business Profile.
What to do
Refresh the ticket to see its latest state. If the location was removed, choose the current locations in the Google Maps settings.
