Permission to manage the business on Google was not granted
Why it happens
Google lets each permission be chosen on its own, and “see, edit, create and delete your Google business listings” (business.manage) was left unchecked when approving, or was removed later. Without it Rabt can neither read reviews nor reply to them.
What to do
Reconnect the Google account from the Google Maps settings and tick the business permission on Google’s page before approving.
