Rabt lacks the permission for this action on the Page
Why it happens
Meta refused the request for a missing permission: a Page permission may not have been granted when connecting, Meta may not have approved it for Rabt’s app yet, or the account’s role on the Page changed. Meta’s full message is in the technical details.
What to do
Reconnect the Page from the Facebook settings and approve every permission. If it continues, send the reference to the Rabt team.
