Gmail read and send permission was not granted
Why it happens
Google lets each permission be chosen on its own, and “read, compose, send and organize your email” (gmail.modify) was left unchecked when approving, or was removed later. Without it Rabt can neither receive nor reply from the mailbox.
What to do
Reconnect the mailbox and tick the Gmail permission on Google’s page before approving.
