The approval at Google was not completed
Why it happens
The Google sign-in was cancelled or the permissions were declined, so the mailbox was not connected. Nothing changed in Rabt.
What to do
Choose “Connect Gmail” again, sign in with the mailbox’s account, and approve the permissions asked for.
