The reply bounced: it did not reach the recipient
Why it happens
A mail server sent back a “delivery failed” report for this reply: the recipient’s server refused the message after your server sent it. The reason the server gave is in the technical details.
What to do
Check the contact’s email address. If it is right, read the reason for the refusal and reach the contact on another channel.
