Microsoft asked Rabt to slow down
Why it happens
The mailbox reached the number of requests Microsoft allows in a short time. Rabt waits for the time Microsoft gives and then tries again by itself.
What to do
No action is needed: the message goes through shortly. If it stays waiting for more than a few minutes, try again.
