Why it happens
The request reached the provider but its answer never came, and no status arrived within days days, so whether it arrived is unknown. It was not sent again, so it cannot arrive twice, and the money set aside was returned.
What to do
Check the channel’s status. If the recipient matters, contact them from their ticket.
