Cannot action a campaign that is status
Why it happens
Each campaign status allows its own actions: only a draft can be edited, a sending campaign can be paused, a paused one resumed, and nothing changes once a campaign is completed or cancelled.
What to do
Refresh the campaign to see its current status, then choose an action it allows.
