Default roles cannot be deleted or renamed
Why it happens
Every organization is created with the default roles Owner, Admin, Supervisor and Agent. Their permissions can be edited, but they cannot be deleted or renamed.
What to do
Edit the permissions of the default role, or create a custom role with the name you want.
