The Owner role is fixed
Why it happens
The Owner role has every permission and cannot be edited, deleted, or given to a member or an invitation. A member becomes the owner only when ownership is transferred to them.
What to do
Choose another role. To make a member the owner, the owner can transfer ownership to them in the organization settings.
