All seats are inactive: the seat charge could not be paid
Why it happens
The trial ended or the seats were due for renewal, and the seat charge could not be paid from this organization's wallet, so all of its seats are inactive, including the owner's and admins'. Members can sign in and view, but no one can make changes. Incoming messages are still received and kept.
What to do
Top up the wallet, or ask a member with the billing.manage permission, such as the owner, to do it. The seat charge is then paid and all seats become active again right away.
