Why it happens
App Store Connect refused the form of the request Rabt sent (a path, parameter or method it does not accept), most likely because something changed in Apple’s API. The Rabt team was told with the reference. Apple’s full answer is in the technical details.

Try again later. If it keeps happening, send the reference to Rabt support.
