The App Store Connect key reached its hourly request limit
Why it happens
Apple limits the requests of each key in a rolling hour, and this key reached its limit, perhaps because another tool uses the same key. Rabt tries again automatically after a while.
What to do
Nothing to do: reviews and replies continue once the request count drops. If it happens often, give Rabt a key that no other tool uses.
