The webhook endpoint could not be reached
Why it happens
Rabt tried to send the event to the webhook endpoint and could not reach the server, or got no answer within 10 seconds: reason. It will be retried.
What to do
Check that the address is right and reachable from the internet, its TLS certificate is valid, and the server answers within 10 seconds.
