The AI agent wrote personal data in a public reply
Why it happens
The AI agent's reply to a public comment or review contained an email address or a long number (a phone or order number). Personal data never goes into public replies, so the reply was not sent and the conversation went to your team members.
What to do
Reply to the customer yourself. Add an instruction not to write personal data to the blocks of the public level.
